Establishment of PT. Bhaktijaya Dwipaparamitha as one of the founding history of PT. Lamicitra Nusantara Tbk. The company operated workshop to repair and building machineries.

1980
Establishment of PT. Najatim Dock Yard also as one of the founding history of PT. Lamicitra Nusantara Tbk. The company ran as a ship building and ship repairing facilities (dockyard).

1986
Establishment of PT. Tirta Bahagia as mineral water manufacturer and distribution company under brand name "Club Aqua".

1988
Establishment of PT. Lamicitra Nusantara at 29 January 1988. Also during this year, the company has been appointed as the main contractor for building main intercity connection road in Jember with total length of 100 km.

1989
Establishment PT. Wiratangguh Dharmacitra (WTDC) as a subsidiary of the holding. The company operated as container yard depot, consolidated cargo, warehousing, fright forwarding and shipping agency in Tanjung Perak, Surabaya with total land of 42,000 m2.
