A mixed use (shop and office) commercial estate development inside the Jembatan Merah Plaza complex. Currently, a total of 96 rukos build on top of the 21,000 m2 property. The rukos area intend to be developed to cater the needs of JMP's tenants of a place to store their stocks and office to operate their business as most of them are wholesale tenants.
